To return a product, please email customer service at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the product(s) securely in its original packaging and RMA, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your product(s), we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your product(s) to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
For defective or damaged product(s), please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
● A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
● All products must be unopened in original condition
● Returns must include RMA. Please call 800.507.3007 to get RMA#.
